I know you feel like your body is betraying you, you have the mind for adventure and the body of fear. Time and experience will slowly but surely dim the shadow of anxiety that lurks behind you whenever you try to break out of your shell, know that it doesn't make you weak.
If anything, having anxiety is going to make you stronger, one day you're going to wake up and realize that there isn't anything in this world to fear. Some days your stomach will feel like you missed the last step on a staircase for no reason all day long and you're going to push passed it like a boss.
Step into your power, you don't understand how great you are. You shouldn't worry about making friends because people gravitate towards you when you push past your anxiety and just be yourself.
Know that you can do and become anything you want, but understand that you don't have to if you feel in your heart that it isn't the right path. When it comes to your path of success know that it will all fall into place, I know it sounds cliché but your life pans out so unexpectedly perfect.
Love yourself entirely without restraints, don't give your love away to those who don't deserve it. It's a beautiful life and you are going to live it, the power you hold to manifest happiness is strong and it takes the darkest days to realize your capability to do so.
Love your family and spend more time with them, be aware of the picture perfect life you live, be grateful for your health. Listen to your Mom and take care of your hair! You will most definitely regret it.
I wish I could have really told you all this because I know how scared you are about the future. Don't spend so much time worrying about the future that you don't live in the present, these are the days you will remember so contently. Please, set your fear free.
P.S. You won't make any mistakes, everything happened for a reason.
