  I was about to buy a bottle of water the other day that branded itself a 'healthy PH level of 9.5'. After returning home not having purchased said bottle of water, my Mom and I did some research on the correct PH level your body should intake.


I found out that your body’s natural PH level range from 7.35 and 7.45, If you consume liquids with a high PH level your body will leach calcium from your bones to naturally balance your body back to a PH level around 7.35 and 7.45. If you constantly consume water at a ph level of 9 your body will be taking important calcium from your bones and cause a myriad of health issues such as,(source#1, Source#2)
