How to become a great cook without going to cooking classes! Here are the best youtube chefs and how cooking their recipes will convince everyone that you know what you're doing in the kitchen.
Binging With Babish
"Binging With Babish is the realization of a young(ish) man's dream to combine his love of film and cooking, and to have some fun in the process."
I love binging his videos! His love for cooking and re-creating the very best television and movie foods make him my favorite youtube chef. His name is actually Andrew Rea, he's from Rochester New York, and he got his iconic youtube name from the show West Wing. Andrew also has a podcasts called "Bedtime With Babish" where he reads pieces of literature and his favorite stories.
Laura In The Kitchen
"The show focuses on Italian cuisine, but viewers are very welcome to make requests."
She's like the aunt that makes the best food at family gatherings. Laura is of Italian descent and shares with us all of her Nona's best recipes! I made her Baklava recipe last week and from the flood of positive comments I can truly say that she knows what she's doing. If you ever are in need of an entire dinner course just head over to Laura's channel and brows her recipes, They're easy and always so delicious!
Gordon Ramsay
“I cook, I create, I'm incredibly excited by what I do, I've still got a lot to achieve.”
How could I not add Gordon Ramsay to this list, I have yet to try one of his recipes but I don't doubt their quality because we don't ever doubt Gordon's cooking. He sometimes has his daughters on the show and it always makes me wish my dad was a chef. If you want "professional" home cooking tips/recipes then Gordon Ramsay is the channel to go to.
