Meditate when you wake up
I used to never understand how someone could just sit and not think. about two months ago I started to meditate the second I woke up, and without getting out of bed. Instead of laying in bed for 30 minutes complaining, I started to sit focus on getting into a happy state of mind.

I wake up and start my day with even more positivity than ever before. I really recommend trying to meditate when you first wake up if you have struggle with a cluttered mind.
