Who will reign supreme? my opinion on each batman and what your favorite batman tells me about you. Bruce Wayne by day, Batman by night, Alfred always has his back.
1. Lewis G Wilson The OG Batman was really a batboy compared to all the other actors, he was 23 and not very popular amongst the movie stars back then. I watched a 2 minute clip of the 1943 15-part series and I was laughing hysterically. The melodramatic fight scene made this Batman shoot up from last place in my book. Den of geek stated, “His physique was more Danny DeVito as the Penguin.” I hope that gives you a good mental image. If you like this Batman then I’m with you.
2. Robert Lowery
Robert Lowery was batman in 1949s Batman And Robin. He starred in 94 films and 18 shows. I couldn’t find anything too interesting about him other than the fact that he was married two times before he married Jean Parker, who married three times before him.
3. Adam West
The dawn of the bat mobile and eyebrows drawn on the mask. Batman and Robin got caught every episode and always escaped at just the right time, At the time this was high-quality entertainment. Moving on to the best batman of all time, sorry Adam west.
4. Michael Keaton
Now here starts the debate that really shouldn't be a debate. Michael Keaton was and always will be iconic. The 1989 Batman had the gadgets, the bat mobile, the girl, and defiantly the charm. The film made 411.3 million USD in the box office and paved the road for all future batmen.
5. Val Kilmer
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. No.
6. George Clooney
The only controversy regarding this movie, were the nipples George Clooney's request or were they mandatory? To this day, we still don't know. I personally only question why the nipples weren't secretly weapons, little bullets would have been funnier than the nipples just being there is all i'm saying.
7. Christian Bale
His Bat mobile definitely reigns supreme and it is very difficult to not say he was the best Batman. The Dark Night made 1.005 billion USD in the box office, Gave Batman a new look, and new attidude. If he's your favorite batman, I dont blame you.
8. Ben Affleck
Being the first Batman to ever kill somebody, Ben made a statement. He fought Steppenwolf and formed the justice league to help save Superman and the world. The best? I think not. But giving batman more muscle, I applaud. Even though he's a close second to the coolest Bat mobile i still think he did an amazing job as an actor.
You're probably wondering who my favorite batman really is, you might be surprised that it's actually Val Kilmer. No I'm kidding, My favorite batman is definatley Michael Keatons Batman. Was he the coolest? No. But after trial and error to find the batman that would capture the true essence of the comic book character, Michael Keaton killed it (not like Ben Affleck AKA the "murdering Batman").
